Direct IP troubles

When I play FIFA08 with friends by Direct IP in 15-20 seconds after starting the game stops with a message "Connection with other player has been lost (~)". We have different versions of FIFA (downloaded and on DVD [not licensed] ), but the same fifa.db, fifa08.exe, eng.db). Friends can play with each other without any troubles, but I cannot with them. What van be the problem and what should I do ?

I"ve played many matches by Direct IP in FIFA07 and havent got any problems.

I really need for help. [Sorry for my English.]

i had tis problem too..but i solved it... did u install MD cinematics patch 1.0 before? if so, restore it to the default EA's or get all ur fren to install it...tis way works for me..

When I'm server - we can play until I lose the ball. When other player is server - connection brakes after his first pass. Same exe, same db, same lang. I understand, that the trouble is from my side, but what should I do ? What files may I take from working fifa ?

The simple reason for this is that you have used a key that has fooled the game installation wizad but not ea who know its fake and block the persons game/gameplay/connection or anything that really annoys them. Tough Luck mate - i am also waiting for the day when we actually fool the EA management with pirated content lol

Buy the game. Can't believe people pirate games and than can't understand why they can't play online.

You should be banned from these forums just for admiting to piracy.
