I think bmp's aren't good enough...You must spend more time on bmp and later on model...

Yes, he needs some work but we have all been there and know what it's like. I've only got encouragement for the lad. If you encourage you will get more great facemakers like Chris, Jay, Cigman and Mystiq to name a few.

Maybe it's because of too much bytes left in textures:

Can anyone explain this to me? and what should i do to make texture ''fit'' with these bytes...
