Ok first thing you notice is the speed , They have increased the game speed again, but not too much. The increase in speed is emphasized because the controls have been tweaked making split second movements even faster.
For instance the moment you get the ball you can pass without delay of any kind, the same goes for movement, a much more responsive gamepad means you press a button and there is an immediate effect, brilliant!!
You have much more control over your player and his abilities making it easier to perform special moves and more complicated non set and set peices. The cpu now closes in faster and is more aware of your intensions making for much more intense and exciting football/soccer, in turn this has increased difficulty, but not too such a degree as to be too hard.
There are NO differences in graphics, but who needs them when simulation football/soccer can be this much fun.
I have only played a few games, but these are the differences I have noticed so far and In my opinion they have increased my enjoyment of the game,
.......Lets just hope there are more improvements to come 
I would rather be paying for each installment of the WE series than forking out money year in /year out for football/soccer vadalism & absolute tripe from EA.....stick to American football EA....lol
