didnt get promoted after winning div

What the heck?!?! Let me tell you what happened...

- I started a new career with Hull City in League Div 3 with a transfer budget of 2 mil and 1000 points per week

- I won the league outright by 25 points, won the FA Cup

- When the second season started I received points only for winning domestic cup, qualifying for Europe and having best differential. It didnt give me the 800 for having more than 50 goals, and i didnt get promoted to 2nd division.

- Can anyone explain why? Any help is appreciated.

crisis averted:

i didnt save it after the non promotion, so i went back, played the FA Cup Final...only this time i went thru the ENTIRE newsbank after the season and then i was promoted
