I was wondering the exact same thing, if DG's stadiums could be packed to STI format it would be awesome. Finally, this is what FIFA is really about, Stadiums, many thanks to the fifa community for going in this direction.

ok, after an hour of fiddling, i've managed to import them
i realized that, if i imported them with stadium importer, then i'd end up with two old traffords and have to switch all the time, which wasn't the best option
soo, i downloaded a stadium (old trafford) and found an ENGLISH read-me (WOOO lol) it told me where to extract each file to that DG stadiums' own importer can import it for me
here i ran to a problemo, i got an error, but i soon realized where the importer was importing them - enter Zdata05 (or something)
sooo using BigGUI, i managed to import them, step by step for anyone who wants to try the same:
IT IS RECOMENDED YOU MAKE A BACKUP OF ZDATA05.big BEFORE YOU START THIS, AS MISTAKES AR EASY TO MAKE
1) you need your chosen stadium, in this example i'll use oldtrafford (man utd home
)
2)you also need bigGUI (sp?)
3) locate your files in an easy to reach folder e.g. bigGUI and old trafford files in my documents e.g.
4) now after you downloaded the stadium, you should notice the files with it, i dont remember the names but there are two .fsh and two .O files
5)open up bigGUI, and then open Zdata05 located in the fifa04/data folder
6) ...enter long list of meaningless data, wel, if you look at the names of the files youll notice they all start with the name of the stadium im alphabeticall order (anfield is somewhere at the top e.g.)
7) now click import, and ONE BY ONE, import all the new stadium folders. Each time you'll be asked whether to overwrite the existing file, select yes each time or otherwise they wont import
8)now scroll down and locate the files you just imported, i just imported old trafford so i'd scroll down to 'O',
9) next, select each file you imported, and then compress them (by pressing the compress/or something similar button at the top)
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT as if you dont, when you boot up the game, the pitch will be surrounded by a giant "TEXTURE MISSING" poster which isnt sexy
10) once you compressed each file, boot up the game, the stadium should then be in-game!

Has anyone thought of making an installer?? Ariel if your readin this GO FOR IT!!
I think when DG Stadiums make there stadiums they shud team up with ECP or Soccer Access or Breamster or SOMEONE lol that way they can make an exe and it will be so much easier for everyone

well i agree with an .exe to install them, but i hope they dont turn the stadums into stadium installer files, i hate having to switch all the time, unlike the current system, where i can import any stadium i want
p.s DAMMIT, DG stadiums is down lol, since yesterday now, damn i wanted to download all his stadiums

the stadiums made by DG are not that great. He only updates the textures of the old stadiums. Only the stadium of Bayern Munich is good.
wel ok i guess your right, he only updates current stadiums, but damn, the changes really make a difference, they just look that extra bit more realistic, and so that makes them brilliant lol
on a side note > is there any way to change .sti files to the original .O and .FSH files?
cos i'd overwrite UK stadium 1 with millenium stadium anyday

Overwriting another stadium might work but will not work always.
Thats why we ruled this out in StadiumInstaller.
I will not go in this anymore bc its a rediculous discussion.
Negative points :
1. you will **** up your zdataXX.big's with this method, and we cannot garantee your zdata will work with StadiumInstaller.
2. if you feel this method is easier then do it this way and uninstall the stadiumInstaller.
Yea you must be right, the 10 points procedure is a lot easier than my 3 step procedure. Go ahead

2. install a new stadium

ANOTHER THING : I'm always open to work together with FIFAMANIA or any other group. I think the community will benefit if we all use the same system. But the problem is they dont speak English. I dunno I tried to contact them some time back, no one ever answered. I guess they cant translate my mails.

wel ok pete, guess your right with the 3 step thing, didnt actually think of that, for some reason i had the idea that i had to quit everytime to switch stadiums
anyway, i do prefer the bigGUI method for DG stadiums tho, as i dont want to overwrite the dell alpi with another old trafford when i have another one already on the game, plus they pretty much look the same except for better textures by DG

Well bro you can install every stadium with the flick of a button with the sti method.
I dont see whats the problem having a second OldTrafford in your game when you REALLY WANT TO PLAY IT. When finished playing ...

Another thing : what is so special on that DG OT ?? I once tried DGChelsea and it was the same stadium with lower graphics quality and it had a big Italian tifosi flag "Chelsea" in it ?!????
