I have set up detail levels to HIGH but it is still not the maximum I can get. Can ANYBODY help me what the problem can be? PLEASE.

What? Are you kidding me? I know for sure that it is possible for my comp to have better details because I had it before I re-installed the game. After reinstalling the game, the lights and sun effects disapeared :(

I don't know what I should change :(

I'll bet you'll have to edit one of the *.BIG files ... There a zillions of threads about those files inhere, try checking them out ...

I can open those BIG files but I don't know what I am suppose to change there, to get my graphics better :(
