EA has invested everything in the next-gen... I think it's a big mistake to think PC is still current gen.
My guess is that a lot of PC owners will switch to PES cause its next-gen.

hmmm.... you all should know that FIFA 08 will be almost same as 07 so don't panic please. We not losted anything, and FIFA makers thinking about other players who can't broutght new PCs to new FIFA so, they doing good job for leting next-gen on XBox i think. Please, if you not happy, buy X-Box and play next gen FIFA 08... not a problem...just time wasting...

And PES2008 PC is comming with next-gen graphics.
At least they could release 2 versions of FIFA08, one "old-gen" and the other next-gen...

Every pc gamer who doesn't have a powerful enough pc to run fifa next-gen at the default graphical settings, would rather play a ps2 lookalike with next-gen gameplay than a straight ps2 port load of piss.

Guys, I am going to stay with Fifa 07. I just downloaded 08 and everything is exactly the same as last year, graphics, gameplay everything. At least with 07 I have loads of edited new stadiums, new edited leagues etc. It isnt worth it. Maybe I will try PES 2008 later on in the year but it hasnt got any real leagues or anything so initially it isnt worth it either. What do you think?
