Deleting your own thread

Meh wasn't that option enabled until a few weeks ago? I found it quite useful if a thread either turns *** or you've forgotten something in the thread title like the [P+R].

More rights to the users please.

it would be stupid if for example an user would create thread and then it became very long and useful thread with many replies and that user could just go and delete it all because of his "wants" or as his "gift" if he'd piss off on forum

there are loads of very long threads and we can't allow ppl doing this coz there are too many morons browsing these boards who could just delete important stuff, that's the reason

you can still delete your own posts I think (or not? time ago you couldn't if someone replied)

the big pro is that you can always edit your own posts, bcoz there are forums where you can edit your posts only up to 24 hours since post was created

Finally a well explained reply, only been 3 months. :X (H)

That really sounds reasonable but I'd like to have the option to delete my thread for two reasons: Something's wrong with the thread title/spelling mistake or a duplicated thread.

Maybe just up to a few hours after creating the thread.
