Can anyone give me somes as to how to defend better. I am constantly getting beat by good forwards from 20 yards and in dribbling through my defense.

My defenders will often run away from the ball and once I switch to them its too late......

Help!!

I consider clean sheet in almost every game at World Class. There are some rules:

1) don't tackle
2) watch the ball instead of player himself and try to defend the ball by stand tackle
3) don't allow CPU to shoot
4)if somehow CPU dribled you, move keeper forward
5)try to get the ball horizontally
