I'd love to help you out with hair dude.
I can do my best but I've always had errors exporting hair from blender.
Maybe I have the wrong version of the exporter, everything else exports fine.
Well the hair exports but it looks messed up after.

You really do a fantastic job, specially because I think the Fifa 14 facegen models don't yeld results as good as the ones from fifa 12/13 and you continue to improve tremendously both in modeling and the detail of the textures

P.S: Hope to see more players from El Fortín get your treatment (El Poroto Cubero and Emiliano Papa perhaps? )

Nice start but IMO the hairline isn't 100% correct and the main hair texture (profile) doesn't look like the one in the picture you posted.
Try working the texture with the new method
