why should he add a wind effect?
it's not a flag, it's a banner in the stad,
and such as one, it's tight up to the fence,
and does not move with the wind...

It doesnt move? Even a shirt moves in the wind and banners move as well. It looks better when you add a wind effect. I know Cyprom is one of the best but I think he could improve that point. Its only constructive critism.

Superb quality Johnny :D And about the windeffect. Its good if you dont want to use it. We still got both different styles of making flags.

but this skull is the logo of the Nazi's S.S.
so it better to choose another flag to make which doesn't include it.

OK Shlomy, Thanks for the information, I'll try to find another pictures to delete this piece of **** from my flag. If I can't found other one, I'll put the flag without the skull ;)
