cursed autosave

I think my Championship Manager 03/04 game has a curse on it. Every time the game autosaves at the end of the month, it coincides with my team going on a losing streak!

We could be in a tremendous run of form, winning game after game, and then as soon as the game is saved, the next 3, 4, 5 games all end up as defeats, even if i'm against a team from a lower division!!

I pretty much have to quit the game when it autosaves, then start playing another day if i want my team to actually win some games, very weird don't you think?

Nope, I'm the same. I'll svae my game and then I can't win for toffee. Its so annoying

ah ha, i'm glad it's not just me! Means i'm not necessarily mad after all!

I can understand SI programming it into the game to make you lose if you save before every match, but i don't save at all unless it's an autosave or if i'm quitting the game, so that's a real bugger

i autosave every week and have no such problem.

I save every month and no problems. Tom, you should be happy that you don't have any problems with that, otherwise you would lose all with autosave a week
