From the company's point of view, customer service is always the first priority. Without better customer satisfaction, the sales will be harmed. What I mean is... there is no point to delay the release of fed 2002. In fact, fed 2002 is created long time ago. (evidence... Chau Le displayed some of the screenshots) I guess why EA doesn't allow Chau to release fed 2002 is because EA is afraid of distribution conflict between World Cup 2002 and fifa 2002. I can tell EA's management. Fifa 2002 with fed 2002 is a complete different product of world cup 2002. If EA thinks that people won't play world cup 2002 just because of fed 2002, that means... world cup 2002 does NO IMPROVMENT comparing to fifa 2002. What a bad strategy!

who told you EA didnt allow Chau to release FED ???
I guess Chau just needs his time and FED is a most complex program to write.

Furthermore its possible to create actual rosters and players without FED.

The percentage of Patches and FED-users compared to all in all Fifa-customers is very small and most of them will buy the game anyway as we are addicted to it ;)
Although Im working hard to make a concurrent WorldCup-Patch (which is in fact better than EAs in some cases :D ) Im going to buy EAs Patch just because its a must-have
