looks like the tool cannot correctly locate the EXE-file. You can try this: copy lodmixer.exe to the same directory where your PES5.exe is, then run lodmixer.exe. It will still show the same error message: "Unable to find or open EXE". What you do then is enter "PES5.exe" into the filename box (instead of the "C and press [Tab] key.
