i think alot of croatia's fans arent in it for the game. i dont just mean football. bad blue boys are not fans, they are hooligans. before janica kostelic and ivica kostelic appeared there were absolutely no fights at the skiing matches. now look what happened. bad blue boys are creating more trouble each year, and they even snowballed janica's competitors last year. that clearly shows they werent in it for the sport...also, this years waterpolo (dont know if thats the english name, football on water :)) finals, look what they did. i hope i dont offend any croatians, but you have to admit, there have been more trouble than good the past year with bad blue boys...
BUT, congratulations for the sportsmanship fans on these two matches. everyone thought there were going to be huge fights etc, and we (croatia fans and slovenia fans) showed that we can be friends...i hope it lasts :).

Well of course..
We are going on matches only for fighting.. What else?

Jeez..

And if you know so much about it you should know that BBB are officially not visiting skiing events. So it is matter of individuals.

And not all croatian fans are Bad Blue Boys.. They are just part of them.

It is absolutely not true there were no troubles in Ljubljana. I was on Bezigrad and Slovenians had started to throw thorches and rocks on us for nothing.. They were throwing objects (rocks, thorches, fire crackers, cell phones…) on us all the time during game and later during our celebration.
Of course, it doesn’t mean that Croatian fans were angels, we hit back, but who would stay calm in that situation??
There were also lot of offensive chants by both sides..

And slovenians are visiting our forums and they are writting how they were searching for croatian fans to fight them..

Just want to show people that slovenians are not so nice as they think..

So when you talk about subject first clean your own yard.

So long!

fans will be fans, but chanting "ubi ubi Ustase", "Carla DePonte" and banners saying "Zagreb" in Serbian are sure to provoke a reaction, luckily that reacton came from Dado Prso who shut up 10,000 screaming Slovenians with a sublime piece of skill, and buried their Euro dreams....

i hope croatia does good, i think they have a solid team and confidence now. if we couldnt beat azer and finland we dont deserve to be there, but croatia does. just dont embarass the balkans like we did... :kader:

"balkan" grrrrr :f***:

;)

In all truth, S&M could've won their group, if it wasn't for that famous balkan mentality against the lowly Azeris.

Croatia will not embarrass in Portugal, we have the best squad since the mid 90s generation which feared world over...coming out of the gruop is the goal, anything better is sweet :)

though I don't think we can win it...

one question though, how is your guy's youth? i heavent been able to keep up with the croatia team like I used to, but i was just wondering since there are high expectations coming from our U21 NT. theyve been tearin it up so i was just wondering about you guys.

Croatia's U21 have lost two game in all the qualifiers, and away to Scotland 1-0 in the playoff after beating them 2-0 at home. We qualified with a game to spare in our group beating Bulgaria 1-3 away, Belgium 2-0 and hammering the English in a friendly in London 3-0. With players like Srna (Donetsk), Babic (Leverkusen), Kranjcar(linked with Arsenal and Ajax), Carevic, Petric (Grasshoper), Rubil(Nantes) the future team has the potential to win Euro, especially if they can repeat the form which saw us destroy the English. We strung together 37 passes in one stretch, then 34 passes 5 minutes later. Osijek's striker Ljubojevic is being hailed the new Suker...I doubt it though :)

Our top scorer was Vukovar/Osijek striker Danijel Popovic, but he tragically got killed in a car accident earlier this year :(

We are very pleased to have both teams qualifying...and Niko Kranjcar has just turned 19 and he has been captain of Dinamo for over a year. He is one to watch...we have a good U21 team which is the talk of Croatia for their fluid midfield passing game, something the fans love to watch...

there's only one Safet Susic and Blaz Sliskovic... :p

i think all of us are progressing, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia we all have nice youth systems, and in Bosnia we got a good U-21 squad too... we were leading our group in the qualifyers at some time and the last two games we got screwed...

ibrahimovic, zahovic, siljak, zivkovic, milosevic, trobok, kovac bros, simunic, tomas, simic and more that im sure i missed were all born in Bosnia, but unluckily they decided to play for other nations, so thats just proof how much talent there is in our region. i would still rather have players like Vladan Grujic and Kenan Hasagic from a poor Bosnian league play for the national team with heart then some primadonas like those players above...

don't get me wrong, I am from Mostar myself, but would naturally chose to play for Croatia. I cheer for Croatia also. Simic, Simunic, Kovac bros were not born in "bosnia". These players, at least the ones that play for Croatia, are Croats first and foremost, and they feel Croatia is their homeland like 99% of BiH's Croatian population. Doesn't mean we hate BiH or don't accept it, but its a tad difficult to change your 1300 year old nationality overnight and chose to be "bosnian" when no such thing ever existed for us. Especially us from hercegovina that have nothing to do with Bosnia whatsoever...

i guess i can understand that since if i being Bosnian lived in Croatia would not feel at home too but still it's hard having a country where about half of its population dont ever consider themselves part of it... :(

do croatians in Hercegovina want to move to Croatia, or join Hercegovina with Croatia, how does the majority of people think down there?

do you think muslim, catholic and orthodox people will ever get along in Bosnia?

gdje ti zivis trenutno u cro ili bih?

i unfortunatelly dont think this will happen again... politics were involved, drove us appart and made us think that we were all against each other... some messed up **** man.

but yea i know what ure talkin about where players would choose to play, i agree.

Sanel,

we do not want to join Croatia. The Croatian people in BiH voted with a 93% majority for a free, independent, sovereign state of BiH. We are BiH citizens, but we are also Croatian and have lived there sonce the year 600. Our first King ruled in BiH, our first Kingdom's capital was in BiH and every Croatian kingdom untill the death of the last Croatian king incorporated some parts of BiH. We are attached to that land, as it is our own, where our history and heritage is. Today the picture is different, but we're still proud to call Hercegovina, or Bosna home.
