Hey Slim,

Probably a dumb question but I am trying to load my career, but my documents file obviously don't hold .db files. How do I go about loading my career if your tool doesn't read the files in the documents folder?

Not a dumb question. If you want to load a career file you have to select a database at first. You can use the one inside your CW19 directory or a frosty exported one. The reason is simple. The career file doesnt contains some tables like nation or playernames. Without doing it default players like Reus hasnt any Playername displayed in CW19 ;)

That's weird, I recreated it myself before sending it to you, just to be sure. Maybe it has something to do with the various kit-mods I have installed trough Frosty's mod manager? Did you go into the actual negotiations?

Yes I think so. But I just saw there is/was a crash inside the Team-Central-Menu. And I know the reason. I fixed it yesterday. Now the players, you transfer to or away from your club, will join after 2 days and everything should be fine! :)

Yeah some of the transfer aren't stored in the file Creation Wizard is looking. Seems like they are stored inside the compdatas. Maybe CheatEngine can do/show it. Otherwise just transfer them via roster tab back.

I think it's only the transfers that are currently showing when you go and check in the game itself. But ingame you can sort them per transfer fee, maybe that's something that could be implemented in your tool? Currently trying to do it trough the roster tab, but it's hard to search for players.

No its not possible. Nowhere in the tables are entries for the transferfee. They get calculated ingame and stored somewhere else.

What can I do to improve your player-transfers?

A example how I would do it for Thomas Müller (transfered from Bayern to Barcelona and now I want him back) :
I select on left side FC Bayern Munich and on the other side "Filter by Team": FC Barcelona. After that I click into the list of Barca and start to press "Mül" Müller will get autoselected by auto completion.
Then click "transfer"... that are just max. 10 secounds.

I understand, but to be fair first of all it takes quite a while to load every time I filter. And then I have to remember where every player went. I just tried doing it that way and I forgot where Callejon went, and I deceded to search for him without filters. When I reverted back to 'all' it was loading forever, I had to shut the program down.

But hey, I'm still extremely happy with your work, don't let my criticism fool you. I think that during transfer periods I'll use your tool every few ingame days, that way all transfers should be visible.

One more question: I see that I can select a managerface (wonderful!), but at the bottem I an fill in 'year'. What does this do?

I know its take a long time if you havn't set any filters. I'm working on that performance... :)

No no, I dont think you criticism me.. I just need input how I could make thing smarter, thats why I ask how you would like to do it.. ;)

To your last question... year is the manageryear. I could name the label better next time. Its a way to set the year of your career back to 1,2,3 if you are on 14 (15 is the limit after that your career savegame is over)... so, if I don't missed anything, you can play the career to 2060. But I never tested it tbh.

Currently the tool doesn't let you do it (sorry for that) because switching formations is not possible and it makes not much sense (team isn't playable and will have no ingame graphics).. If you want to do it via DB Master/RDBM/Excel ->
edit/clone line from a existing team in: teams,default_teamsheets,default_mentalies,formations I think thats it.

Oh ok, that makes sence. I was wondering if it might set the game one year further, starting a new career in 19/20, but I think that's impossible.

I don't really care about what year it is ingame, but I'd love a mod that includes the relegated and promoted teams, the correct teams in the CL & EL, the transfers up until now and also makes the loans that are permanent in real life permanent in the game, and reverts the others. Actually just a FIFA20 mod ^^

I'm doing a lot of these things by hand ingame right now, but the biggest issue is that I don't have a clue about most of the loans being permanent or not, especially in Italy where it's all one big mess.

to me if it works well, but some things go wrong, even change the face of me coach, and put the zidane thanks to this tool hehehehe...

I'd like to be able to make the transfers... is that possible?

"I'd like to be able to make the transfers... is that possible?" You can do transfers in the DB and career savegame. Or what do you mean??

I open my tool as an administrator, load the file career mode, and now I go here.
