Creation Master 13 on win8

Hi friends, a nooby question.

I had just moved on to windows 8 two days ago, i could'nt get the creation master 12 with 13 db to run, it was working perfectly in win7. When i try to install Microsoft framework 4.0 it says can't install, already a higher version is available in your system as part of the operating system.

I know it is stupid, but i can't figure it out. Anybody running this on win8 plz enlighten me.

Keyword "windows 8"
Set dropdown menu to "Search titles only"
Set forum search to "Fifa 13 Forum"

Honestly I didn't had a single problem of CM 13 on Windows 8, pretty much all you need is net frameworks.

FIFA 13 went from running smooth as silk on Win 7 to a stuttering horror show on Win 8, that's why I went back to 7.

It might sound stupid, but it worked for me. I installed directx web installer and boom it works, dunno what's the deal but it worked.
