Everytime I open my CM07 (and I have the newest release) it wont open and says something about debugging. HELP!

I recently downloaded liga bbva cmp files and tried to import . Initially it started with atletico madrid and went well but suddenly it said some invalid arguement was given and immediately stopped. After saving and playing, game crashed . Whats the problem , can someone tell me

And also how to import kits using this ?? Also should these kits be in .fsh or .png format ??
