Creating SMALL FACES?

I posted this in the Creation Centre 2005 forum as well, but seemed to get no response so I thought I'd test my luck here instead...

I was wondering how to properly import small faces?

I've taken screenshots of the players i want to make small faces of, and have then put them in bmp's with black background and the same size as the ones in the creation centre. It seems to work fine at first, but after saving and creating fat and bh files, the small faces looks "zoomed in". You only see like a quarter of the head in the small face thumbnail?

Does anyone know how to make small faces that's the right size?

they have 2 be 128x128 and the transparency has to be 8bit.(Same size)

I guess I could, but Im really not that good. The small faces I've made so far still looks pretty rough and there are quite a few black pixels surrounding the small faces so I need to fix that.
