Creating new players - HELP PLEASE!!!

I created a few new players that i wanted to register to a club team but for some reason i cant find them. I can register them for the national teams but not club teams. Can someone please tell me how i can get them on both club and national teams please?

There are two different sets of slots for NT-s and club teams. You have to create your player in both of these to be able to register them to both NT and club team. You can also copy a player from one to another selecting base copy.
