it's not easy to create a team and there are so many things you could have done wrong. take smaller steps. first create a team by changing an existing team you don't need that much. that's easier. if that worked, try again creating a new team.

ok i have changed my team to good effect, here what i did.
open up eng.db (or wahtever languge yours is) using UniDB.
"Find" the team you want to replace, and replace the three team names, two long and one short name.
ok, now using the Logo Inserter, insert the crest (128x128 png) to the team's "old name"
using Kit Raptor do the same for the kit.
you should now have your team in the game.
Using Club Transfers, transfer your players in and out of the created team and there ya go
