I downloaded cc. but i couldent use it because 32 bits error. So i downloaded the update. But when i extract it says

How 2 i reinstall by not downloading it again

jus use the uninstall, then run the install again, which u downloaded to your hard drive

Extract the files of the update version to the same directory you have you installed your CC.It should prompt you to overwrite the files,click yes to overwrite.Then CC must work properly.

Try to reinstall the program. It should update the missing files.

you don't have to reinstall the whole CC. Just replace the dev_all_data.mdb database with an original version of the file (i hope you have a backup copy )

My cc1.5 works fine, when i try to install the 1.6 update i get the same error as Eoghan bhoy. I have uninstalled / reinstalled / redowloaded and replaced the file dev_all_data.mdb but still this error persists, i get the error bofore i get the option of where to install the update ... plz plz help
