Bill McKinney was his name if I'm not mistaken. I heard an interview with Burt Reynolds years ago in which the rape scene from Deliverance was brought up and he said that they had to deliver (hurhur....boy is I funny....atleast to mahself) Ned from actual rapage because that dude in your picture was so committed to the authenticity of the scene.
