Crash when minimizing fifa euro 2012

When I play FIFA 12 sometimes I want to check email or browse the internet. But when I press windows key / alt + tab key the game back to desktop and crashed, is this normal? is there a way so i can multitask, playing game while browsing?
N.B. My FIFA is Euro 2012 installer

It will crash every time you exit the game. Does the same with me - starts to load up again but then crashes. You'll have to come out of your game to check your emails.
