Hopefully Rosicky realises from this loss that it's time for him to move to La liga or Serie A. His talents are getting wasted in Germany and he deserves the recognition he'll get playing for a top club.

What are you talking about? Rosicky fits in just fine with BVB. Though, he has the great potential of playing for an over-achieving club, a club in the EPL, La Liga, or Serie A. Maybe he's yet to consider the thought of moving abroad. I mean, he's still young. I doubt highly doubt he'll spend the rest of his career in Germany.
