Try the internet's White Pages. If the person isn't listed, you're out of luck.

You could always hire a private detective, but it'll cost you.

If he lives on his own, you'll probably be able to find him in the white pages, especially if you know what city he's in. If you don't know what city, I'd suggest looking through the major city's white pages like Toronto, Montreal, etc.

If he lives with a parent, search the same way, but for the parent.
