game crashed

Hey Costacurta, hey everyone, first I wanted to say THANKS for your great work. I've got a question though:
I used your Bosnia and Japan patches and worked them out a little bit now I played a game (kickoff->friendly), beat Bosnia 4-1, but after game ended and after choosing "quit to main menu" the game crashed. Maybe you have an idea to help me solving the prob, before I start searching around with CM08 and spend another 3 hours finding nothing ?! Thanks again. Keep up your great work, please.
