The file is based on the English version of FIFA09.
!!!Make sure you start off with a clean version of your FIFA09.!!!
Best way to import the patch is to select the installed language file.(file ---> Open-select lang.db)

1- Open Creation Master 09 and >File>Open-select lang.db
2- Go to TOOLS option and click on EXTEND DATABASE
3- Go to TOOLS again and click on CLEAN FAT
4- Go to PATCH option and click LOAD
5- In the new window, click in open
6- Find the patch, select himand click in open.
7- Click in IMPORT PATCH and wait
8- When done, save the Creation Master 09

If you have extended database and cleaned the fat before, ignore
the steps 2 and 3.


1- Abra o Creation Master 09 e clique em FILE>Open-select lang.db
2- Vá na guia TOOLS e clique em EXTEND DATABASE
3- Novamente na guia TOOLS, agora clique em CLEAN FAT
4- Vá na guia PATCH e clique em LOAD
5- Na nova janela que aparecer, clique em OPEN
6- Encontre o patch que deseja instalar e clique em OPEN
7- Clique agora em IMPORT PATCH e espere ele instalar.
8- Por fim, vá na guia FILE e clique em SAVE.

Se em outra oportunidade você já havia clicado em EXPAND DATABASE
e CLEAN FAT, pode ignorar os passos 2 e 3 toda vez que for instalar
um novo patch

No teams, just a tournament (as close as possible) and trophy graphic. I will use your teams and the rest of the teams from Mexican, Brazilian, Argentinian and US(CONCACAF invited team) leagues in this competition. Thanks.

Edit: If you can't invite Boca and River, no problem. I will use in my game Winner of League: Liga Argentina and 2. classifed of League: Liga Argentina instead.

Brasil(8), Argentina(7), Mexico(3), Copa Libertadores(15) and US(1) (CONCACAF invited).
Replace the MLS teams with Liga Argentina teams.
Eight finals...Boca(MLS 1) and River(MLS 2).
Qualifying Round 2(MLS 3-->7).
There's also another Copa picture in this patch...but if you don't like it replace it with the first one.

Hola. Just wanted to say thanks for making this patch. I always wanted to have these tournaments in FIFA and now its possible. Just swapped one team for my team from Mexico and it was great.

One error did occur, and that was when all my players went invisible lol. Just lasted for that game and I still held on for the lead.

I am going to try Copa Sud Am right now tambian.

Question though, is there a patch that can allow you to have these tournaments occur during the Mexican league season like they do with european clubs and uefa trophies?

Would love to see a game where you start a league and can play in international tournaments and FIFA world club cup too.

Well done! It took me some time to edit the tournament and adjust it to my game, but now I have fully playable Copa Sudamericana in Manager mode! Thanks a lot, elyaque!
If you have time and inspiration, maybe you can make The Recopa and Copa Suruga Bank (you can use Korean K-League winner instead of J) to complete all South American club tournaments? That would be nice.

You can easily make it. Add your favourite Mexican team to the tournaments, check "Appears in Career Mode" and you will have all these cups in your regular season. Copa Nissan Sudamericana should be edited, it could be a bit tricky.

hmmm did not work. Uploaded Sud Americana but it delete libertadores.

However, are you saying it is possible to have the manager career add the libertadores to the league?

Sure, I have Copa Libertadores and Copa Nissan Sudamericana in Manager Mode.
Copa Nissan Sudamericana will delete your Copa Libertadores 'cause they have the same Tournament id - 12. Use different ids.
