Uruguay was eliminated, hence the strange behaviour by them tonight, they needed win at all costs to go through and still did nothing!
not even the coach made proper subs...

Uruguay is qualifying as a best 3rd there's a big chance that Venezuela and Uruguay face eachother again in the quarter finals. Check the Copa América thread i posted the quarter finals program last night.

No. Uruguay is through.

It's like this, Uruguay have 4 points, and since USA and Colombia can't make more than 3 points (becuase they both have 0 and face each other in their final group match), Uruguay has already qualified. It's just a matter of seeing whether we qualify as best third and play Mexico, Brazil or Chile, or second third and play Venezuela again.

Hoping it'll be Brazil.

not far fetch , the result was really convenient for both, and more how the match was going, i seen soap operas less boring than this game, but like i mention in another post , that win against bolivia was gold.
