Do not underestimate us Ticos, we may not be in a good moment, nor is Brazil. The altitude and the cold may affect Brazil more than us.

Vamos Costa Rica!

I hope Parreira starts Baptista instead of Alex. I heard he was going to try Maicon at the right back, but come on...

Mancini was terrible, but it's Maicon for ffs! Not him!:crazyboy:

Vagner Love is a striker, Parreira is keeping the same duo for the game against Costa Rica, Luis Fabiano and Adriano. Maicon can earn a start in Mancini's spot, and Kleberson is likely to start instead of Dudu.

Here are the probable line-ups:
BRAZIL: Júlio César, Mancini, Juan, Luisão e Gustavo Nery; Renato, Kleberson (Dudu Cearense or Diego), Edu e Alex; Adriano (Ricardo Oliveira) e Luís Fabiano

COSTA RICA: Ricardo González, Bennet, Marin, Wright e Leonardo González; Badilla, Sequeira, Centeno e Bryce; Solis e Herron

Match starts in about 20 minutes.

the Adriano of Brazil is a diff player than the Adriano of Inter/Parma.

Is Robinho on the roster?

Ah, good boy.(H) ;) No, Robinho wasnt called up. Parreira felt he would screw up Santos too much if he called Robinho, Diego and Renato. So he didnt call Robinho.

Adriano still needs to find his form with Brazil, but the problem is that he's playing with Luis Fabiano by his side. Two big guys, they arent working well together. If Parreira played someone with a supporting role Adriano would do much better. Plus he's being starved of service. All his attempts came from outside the area, i wanna see him one on one with the keeper.
