A dude who should be guaranteed a starting spot on the official NT team roster is asked to prove his worth in this tourney that's no longer regarded in high esteem.....a travesty, a sickening travesty I tell yah.

Parreira should be put down for all this, man

dig this...........

Watching this game really pissed me off intensely, man. Prince Adriano wasn't treated with the proper courtesy and revrence he so justly deserves. First of all, the coveted #9 went to some punk kid with a massive ego and an even worse attitude problem called Fabiano. Secondly, no captaincy band to acknowledge his worldclass status and Interista affiliations (all Inter milan players should get automatic rank and seniority over all other filthy swine..{Edu excluded in this case} that hail from other lowily clubs when it comes to NT callups. He didn't get enough touches of the ball, some of these idiots were getting all greedy and taking things into their own hands foolishly instead of passing off the ball to Prince Adriano, man. Then to compound insult upon insult.....he was subbed unnecessarily and unreasonably....it doesn't get anymore disrespectful than that, Carlos.

Yeah i got pretty pissed off when Parreira subbed Adriano instead of Luis Fabiano. He scored the goal but he played ****e, he was lucky. Anyway, i'll give a analysis on this match now. As i said before, this Brazil team needs to gel, players still dont know each other and need match practice between them. We've got some nice players there and it's likely that the team will grow stronger in the competition (like Portugal did in the Euro for example).

The first half was terrible and some players looked pretty scared wearing the "canarinho" (Mancini was one of them), Chile should've been one up too, i dont know why the hell the ref ordered a retake, the penalty was scored. But that's the rule i guess, when Brazil scored the first PK vs Argentina the referee ordered a retake too, for the same reasons he did on the Chile match (invasion of area before the player took the penalty).

Then, Parreira subbed Adriano. I went completely nuts, because he was the guy actually trying to do something, plus he gave a nice ball to Alex, and the latter got a terrible shot and even so the GK almost embarassed himself. And after that, Adriano took a dangerous shot on the left almost scoring a screamer. To sum it up, he was better than Fabiano the time he was on the pitch. Alex once again was ****e, and that still proves my point that he never performs for our NT.

Oliveira came up, got a decent shot and nothing else. I liked Diego though, although he dived a little bit he was giving his best for the team, trying to make runs, through balls, good efforts. People can argue but we still deserved the win, there were 2 penalties not given to us, that one in the free kick, and the other when Gustavo Nery (he was ****e btw) crossed the ball, it hit the Chilean player's arm. Chile missed a penalty and had a good oppotunity in the 2nd half, but that isnt enough to get a win against Brazil.

My ratings for our players :
Julio Cesar 8 - He was solid the whole game, made a nice save in the 2nd half too, plus he was stopping a lot of crosses.

Gustavo Nery 4 - Terrible. Couldnt make a decent cross the whole game. He was the guy that made the highest number of fouls in our whole team, plus the bad passing. Never seen this guy play so bad.

Luisão 7 - Solid, stopped some crosses, great in the air, didnt allow Chile a lot of chances.

Juan 6 - Could've been sent off for that foul in the 2nd half, and there was some guy i cant remember that was outpacing him the whole game. Still, like Luisão he was decent in the air, and we didnt concede so that gets his rating up a bit.

Mancini 4 - Too many wrong passes, i struggled to see him make one decent run in the wing and deliver a good cross. Got a stupid yellow card too, looked nervous. Not the Mancini that plays for Roma, that one was pretty far away yesterday.

Renato 6 - Not the Renato we're used to see at Santos. Pretty average performance, some wrong passes here and there. Still, he was decent making a defensive job in midfield.

Alex 6 - Couldnt notice him unless it was a free-kick. Didnt expect much of him anyway, that's the way he plays for the NT. Got a 6 because if i'm not mistaken he took that corner that resulted in the goal, so he got an assist. If he didnt, correct me, because then he's getting a straight 5.(H)

Edu 4 - He did well in the qualifiers against Chile, but today he looked terrible. A lot of wrong passes, some stupid fouls, and he commited a penalty.

Dudu Cearense 5 - Average at most. It was hard to see him doing mistakes whilst passing the ball, but i can pass the ball 10 years back and to the side. Like Alex, i couldnt notice him.

Luis Fabiano 6 - You may think i'm a bit harsh, but if i was the number nine of the Brazilian National team you could expect me to shoot the god damn ball at goal!:f***: If he didnt score it would be a straight 4. Still saved our ass, but he played BAD. Not a single shot on target apart from the goal, all he could do was pass the ball behind.

Adriano 6 - He tried to do something whilst he was on the pitch. No need to sub him, he was our most dangerous player. Got a 6 because he didnt play the whole game and if a gave him a higher rating than Luis Fabiano people would flame me to death anyway.

The subs:
Maicon 1 - Undeserved, but he got a one just because he's Maicon. I love him.(H)
Diego 7 - For the good effort. Read above.
Oliveira 5 - One decent shot a goal, but he barely touched the ball after. Shouldnt even come in, Adriano is better.

I doubt anyone will be arsed to read this, but that's my 2 cents about the game.

unless you're a hardcore brazil fan, or a brazilian yourself, then you dont think they deserved that win, they were sloppy and couldnt hang with what Chile brought to the table

and..damn, penalty kicking is getting tougher and tougher, eh ;)

We had more shots at goal than Chile, we had 2 penalties not given and Chile sucked as much as we did. We deserved it more than them.

Starting XI
exactly!
there were 2 (count em) hand balls that Cile had in the area.
1. on a free kick- a blatant use of the hand to stop the kick
2. on Gustavo's cross from the left, it was stopped by the player's hand

Chile DIDNT GIVE US ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quit saying we're like France, Chile didnt give us the goal. We went out and got it ourselves! We werent lucky, we were good for 15secs.
