Converting .rx3 -> 3ds and importing .o-files

I would like to start making balls for FIFA 11 and I was therefore wondering if it would be possible for someone to export the ball models (rx3) and convert them to 3ds files?

Also... is it possible one way or another to convert the old .o-file ball models to 3ds and/or rx3 ?

I really hope someone can help! :)

With Hair's editor by jor1980 can convert the model into balls cff, and open to the blender. That means you can and modify 3D model, but do not remove the top.

Well I think he means " how you can convert" an old o file to .rx3
This is just a matter of time ´cause Jor1980 and myself however wanted to crack a file format for the future so that you can make new balls, nets and so ;)
Stay tune mates this year will be one of the best for FIFA editing.
!!Ps.: I release soon a tutorials for converting O files to a working 3D file!!

Thanks! This is great and it almost works too! :D

I have a small problem, because, when I import a converted cff-file (using 3D max) and use the texture from FIFA I get something like this:

Have I done something wrong??

Yes, this was actually the first thing I asked about and it sounds great that it's about to be reality!! :D It would also be really nice to be able to convert back and forth from and to .rx3-files which I guess jor1980's Hair Editor can do. Unfortunately I can't get this to work that well since I get something like this:

Do I have to clean the file or what?
