Converting Previous FIFAs' Real Faces for Continental Tournaments Patch

Hey Guys,

I'm writing up this thread to get some help with converting a few faces from previous FIFAs that I need for the Continental Tournaments Patch for National Team players that used to have real faces, but don't have them any more in FIFA15.

The List:

156477 Anthony Vanden Borre (BEL - RB )
173467 Veli Kavlak (AUT - CM)
1001 Király Gábor (HUN - GK)
137089 Gera Zoltán (HUN - CAM)
80 Emre Belözoğlu (TUR - CM)
107647 Hamit Altıntop (TUR - RM)
149306 Valeri Bojinov (BUL - ST)

For now, I've just gone over the European National Teams, I haven't done any of the other confederations, but I will soon. So maybe this list will get a bit longer. Lastly, Damien Duff isn't for the ROI national team, just simply for Melbourne City FC.
