Converting Option Files

I'm from the USA and have a PES5 option file on my computer and was wondering if there is a way to convert it to a WE9 option file (for the upcoming USA release in Feb.)

Yes there should be a tool that will do that. EditPESOptionFile (now called PES OF Editor) could do it last year.
