Hi Guys,
I know that FIFA15 hasn't been released yet (not even the demo); but I'm wanting to start-up this thread mainly to do with getting stadium-makers on board. There are quite a few stadiums, but the important thing is that all the stadiums for each tournament are available, including all UEFA and CONMEBOL national stadiums.
Basically, there are three tournaments that I'd like to make:
Copa America 2015/Centenario 2016
UEFA EURO 2016
AFC Asian Cup 2015
I was thinking about doing the FIFA World Cup 2014 too for FIFA15; but there have been some high profile retirements since, so I'll leave it for my other patch from FIFA14.
We still don't know which NTs will be in FIFA15, but it's safe to assume all 10 CONMEBOL teams will be.
Also, in terms of player data & graphics all those can be taken from 2014 WC.
Now the big part: Stadiums!
All 10 CONMEBOL NTs have their stadiums; only 3 teams didn't have their national stadium (Paraguay, Peru, Colombia) converted to FIFA14. Again, there have been rumours of an extensive South American license including 20 new stadiums, of which 12 of those are the 2014 WC host stadiums in Brazil. So that leaves 8 others to fill the remaining South American slots. I don't know how many of the host stadiums have been made, whether for the 2015 or the 2016 Copa America in Chile and then the USA.
All 54 UEFA NTs have their national stadium available to be converted. In FIFA14, there have been 21 NTs which have had their national stadiums converted. As for the EURO 2016 final tournament, Stade Velodrome and Parc des Princes are the only default stadiums which will host matches. Stade de France was converted and BFL TEAM started working on Stade Felix-Bollaert, but it wasn't completed.
As for Asia, I'd just be wanting to make the 16 teams that have qualified for the 2015 Asian Cup in January. As for the 5 host stadiums, 2 were completed (Brisbane and Melbourne), one was in progress (Sydney) and the other 2 (Newcastle and Canberra) are able to be converted from Rugby Challenge 2.
As for the other confederations, I am thinking of just adding some major teams from Africa and N.America + some national stadiums, if the stadium-makers can get to making them.
So, with as many people on board as possible, this can be an exceptional and truly complete patch!
