Connection With other player lost

Hi all i am new here. i have been playing fifa 07 on the ps2 for a while now. i played online before but now i cant play online. i can connect and choose a game and even manage my team but as soon as i start the game it says "Connection With other player lost" i have tried every thing i can. EA says my connection is good. i dont get it.. its the ps2 version. i have a high speed cable. any one has any ideas? thanks alot!
