There's a fix for this bug already. First you have to open up your registry editor by going to Start > Run then typing REGEDIT and hitting return
Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/KonamiPES6/PES6
Look for the language keys named lang_e, lang_f etc and double click on one of the ones that has a 0 as it's value, and change the value to 1
Next, put in your PES6 cd and find the corresponding text and sound files for the registry entry you changed, ie f_text / f_sound and copy them into the dat folder where you installed the game, ie c
program files\konami\pes6\dat
Start PES6 and you will be asked which language you want to use.Choose the language you just copied to your cd instead of the one you normally use
Once the game has loaded, go into the options menu, and choose the language option (of course this will now be in a different language so you may have to look up what it means on babelfish)
Change the text and commentary language back to the one you normally use, and save the options. This should reinitialize the sound file, and stop the mistimed commentary problem
Once it's fixed, load REGEDIT again, and change the 1 back to a 0 for the language you don't use, and if you like, delete the dat files you copied across as well.
