Collar 'Geometry' - UniDB References?

It seems to me that a lot of the brilliant work produced by the kit-making artists in this thread goes to 'waste', when loaded into the game and viewed with default EA 'collargeometry' assignments in the table_teamkits of 'fifa.db'. Obviously these assignments can be changed by editing the relevant table, but I have two small requests:

1) Can anyone provide a handy reference guide for what 'types' of collars are represented by the digits (1-5?) in the 'collargeometry' column of 'table_teamkits?

2) Would kit-makers see a value in identifying the collar 'type' when publishing their kits in future?

If the answers are 'positive' for both of these, I think it would help all users enjoy the full fruits of your hard labours more fully than we do today.

the collars that i know at the moment are:


ID 1) circule collar like barca
ID 2) collar like england home kit
ID 3) V neck like real madrid
ID 4) collar like the barca third kit (gold kit)
ID 5) puma collar like the first italy puma home (maybe is wrong)
