Coca Cola Championship - option file?

No doubt this has been asked before, I did have a look but couldn't find anything: I'm just curious as to whether an option file has yet been made with teams from the lower divisions, more specifically the Championship?

I think it may come later on as the superpatch will be priority at the mo. Imagine steering Ipswich to victory every time I crack up the PC - delightful!
