Coaching assignments (?)

I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to set up your coaches for training. I'm at Liverpool (suprise!) and have quite a few coaches. So....

Am I better off :

A) Spreading my coaches around and having just one or two coaches per coaching schedule ( i.e - midfield training)?
This will mean each coach will have a lighter workload to deal with but also leaves the players with less guidance.

OR

B) Having pretty much all of my coaches working on every different schedule, so that I have all 7 (I think) coaches coaching midfield, defence, attack etc? This means that each coach has a greater workload and so is stretched further, but also that the players are recieving more guidance

I hope that that babbling bullsh*t made some sort of sense. Any imput most welcome.

Spreading them works better, but always use a minimum of 2 per schedule, and 3 if you have more than 15 players in a schedule. Then you also add physios, of course.

2 coaches should be enough to handle 10-15 players. Especially if you have staff with good man handling and motivation.
