I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to set up your coaches for training. I'm at Liverpool (suprise!) and have quite a few coaches. So....
Am I better off :
A) Spreading my coaches around and having just one or two coaches per coaching schedule ( i.e - midfield training)?
This will mean each coach will have a lighter workload to deal with but also leaves the players with less guidance.
OR
Having pretty much all of my coaches working on every different schedule, so that I have all 7 (I think) coaches coaching midfield, defence, attack etc? This means that each coach has a greater workload and so is stretched further, but also that the players are recieving more guidance
I hope that that babbling bullsh*t made some sort of sense. Any imput most welcome.
