Ederson sucked for my team, then he went to Blackburn, turned out to be one of the best players in the game, went to Arsenal and was the most valued player in the game:kader: Vonlanthen was 2nd most valued, who I sold for a tiny price, and went on to be the star of Real Madrid

I think thats a hint to never invest in shares PSV mate...;) :p

The only sale ive ever really regretted was Emerson in my Roma game, sold him for 17mil, he was probably worth more but i sold him to inter and that year he got the brace that knocked me out of the CL Semi's...typical.

As an aside, im thinking of starting a new game but dont know what team to select. I thought perhaps a less fashionable club somewhere other than England or Italy that i couyld guide to success, nothin to low down in the league however. Any suggestions from you guys would be sweet.

nooooooooooooooooooooo, look at this from my Winterthur game, my first match in the superleague. Versus the champions Basel. Until the 95th minute it was 3-3. But then a stupid pk:kader: I was so close:(

I won the challenge league and the swiss cup the 1st season btw(H)

Try to beat the Old Firm at Scotland. If you dont want any challenges on the English league or the Italian one, try some mid-table team at Spain or maybe Germany. In Germany i would recommend HSV, and in Spain maybe Sevilla. Although if i was you, i would play Sampdoria.

HSV is a good team to start with (H) I played with them, you start with a small debt, but I made much profit directly from the begining, so I got rich pretty soon. WIth Rahn as a left mid you've got one of the best for the left mid position in the game (Y)

Damn good result mate, but i have to say the opposing team doesnt take the Community Shield seriously, its programmed wrong - your players play normally but theirs play like its a friendly

Note the date, still plenty of season to go and with these 5 he is on 51 for the season.
Champion, add that to the 35 for Totti and 27 for Pazzini and my goal difference is nearing +100.
Im unbeaten so far in all competitions and lead Serie A by 22pts.
Ive never had this much success before so excuse my probably pathetic bragging in comparison to some others...:)

haha that sounds very familiar, play with Auxerre and you'll have the same directly from the start of the game
