whats os do you run ?

remove the registry keys for them both & any folders related to them & reinstall.
if that doesnt fix it, then something is corrupted.

Hi Regularcat, I have Windows Vista SP2 64-bit. I've uninstalled and deleted all registry keys but nothing. Maybe it has something to do with Net framework or directx??

cm10 does it automatically.

to all new people w/ 250 posts or less, do not pm me for help w/ issues regarding fifa 10 or mods.

my advice to you is read mod read me files, use the help function w/ rinaldos tools, & use the search function on the site.

i suggest not modding your game until you get familiar w/ fifas files, the tools you use to edit them & you learn to read.

some of you have simple common sense problems that can be fixed easily, but you just refuse to put the effort in.

im not your mommy & daddy, & will not just give in when you want something, sometimes you gotta do it yourself.

you need .net framework 2.0 & directx 9.0c for managed code.

dx9 & dx9 for managed code are not the same thing.

after removing the registry keys, delete the folders pertaining to the
programs, first in program files/fifamaster, then in my documents/temp FIFA 10.

Well, I've deleted the registry keys and the folders pertaining to the programs, reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

I have Net Framework 3.5 and directx 11. Maybe something is corrupted. I'll keep trying. Thanks Regularcat.

hey dude i really need help from you. so i decided to change a bit of the tv graphic, specifically on the substitution graphic. so if you go to creation master (CM) 10 in the tv tab, there is a graphic tab for substitution,beside statistic,indicators,score and formations graphic. and there are 4 type of graphic in the substitution. i change the graphic for number 3 & 4 this with the one made by myself.after that i run the game and the opposite team decided to change their player. but during the substitution process (which you can see players coming out and in) the game spontaneously going out because of an error. do you have a solution to this problem? or, if not, can you post the original substitution graphic 3 & 4 pictures so i can replace it? thanks. really appreciate your help

Can a player only have one preferred position? what if he can play both right wing and right back? how does the database depict this?

It doesn't. Older versions of the game did have the option for players to have up to three positions but for the last several years only a single position has been allowed. However there seems to be little real penalty for playing a player out of position

if u put him to play RB and he can play also RM for example u put him atributes wich needs for RM and he will also be good at that position and wont have for example 40/70 overall on that position

Hi Guys,

I'm haivng a bit of a problem trying to add some more nationalities. I've add around about 10 or so, but none of them are showing in the Create Player Country screen. What's even more worrying is that even some existing nationalities like Ethiopia, Estonia and Comoros aren't being shown in that screen. Any ides on how to get Nationality IDs higher than 200 to successfully show?

Also, I've made some more national teams, but their flags are still shaded out in Create Player Country screens, with a warning from the game that the player if selected with that nationality won't be able to play international matches. Any idea on how to prevent that message from show for NTs that i've made so that their flags show up bright?

I usually plays 'the Season mode' in Fifa 10. I have noticed that when i play the first match of a particular day,,, all the other match results after my game are depending on my game result.......For example,,,,, Man Utd(me) 7-0 Wigan(CPU),,,,then,,,all other results that comes after this ,,,,,,,we can see that all the home teams have won comfortably........and none of the away teams have won....... Even this happens - Burnley 5-0 Chelsea........Home teams dominates.......Is there a way to change this kind of problem????Pls help..........

I have looked at it too and, for the moment, I have no solution unfortunately
It seems that the game is locked with the original national teams and you cannot add more...

I have a problem. I have imported some "cmp files" inside my FIFA until i saw the message that describes the photo. For you information I have imported approximately 40 stadiums, 150 shoes and some other more.
...

This is an out of memory message happening when the zdata file used becomes too large. Change the zdata used selecting a different number or set it to "auto" (menu options of CM10 before to load the database).

Wow, thank you! EA does not update the fifa.db, so I'm really impressed ... how did you do that?
