CM09 - Beta Test

Einaldo, I have installed CM09 1,01 under Windows XP with the SP3, NET Framework 3.0 and the FIFA09 with the languages of English and Spanish (Spain and Mexico). I import patch of the Copa Mustang created with the CM08 and two with CM09 of Liga Argentina and South American Eliminatory. They worked well but when I return to create, rosters and formations of players of the teams and I save the changes when I execute the Fifa09 the initial menu of the flags begins to move continuously and when profit to enter the game no longer lets to me choose no option and it is impossible to play. The changes apparently work.

It is necessary to change some option in config.dat with the FM09?

likely you have some problems with your gamepad controller.

i want to introduce many leagues in .cmp format with CM09(bosnia,croatia,rusia) & i wonder if all these different stuff(gameplay,graphic,stadiums)will crush the game somehow?

This is possible (I mean that importing several leagues you get a crash), what I can guarantee is that there is no crash that cannot be fixed (I mean that understanding the reason of the crash you can fix it using one of my tools).

Hi, I came across a problem. I transferred or called in a player from the international team to the club team. Although he his seen in the club team in CM09. He is not seen when we go in to the game. Can any one tell me why? Rinaldo, please help.

The case is Arshavin. Although he doesnt play for any club in fifa 09. I called in from russia to arsenal. Although Arshavin can be seen in the arsenal roster in CM09, he is not seen when I go into the game. Please Help!!!

likely you have some problems with your gamepad controller.

The gamepad controller works well. I have a backup of the data folder with the imported patches and until there works well. But if I am about to create new players that don't exist or to make some edition or transfers and I save the work shows up the problem.

No CMC211. I did not remove the fifa 09 folder. What do i need to do? If I remove them , I might lose the profiles i created. Am i right?

I trid to check for arshavin in the main team management page. Still he cant be found.

Are you playing a career ? If so it's normal because the career takes the roster from the career saved file and not from the database.

Sorry, I have no idea of what is happening but the language selection occurs very soon in the load procedure of FIFA 09, I really think that a problem at this stage cannot be related with patches.

It is possible to import CMP from FIFA 07 and FIFA 08 to FIFA 09 with some limitations (due to the differences between the games)
The opposite is not possible.

No Rinaldo. I am not playing a career. I just wanted to add the player before I start a career.

Let me run you through the process I did.

Firstly, In CM09, I went into arsenal roster and i searched for arshavin in the 'available players' side ( By Country --> Russia). I called the player in. Now I am able to see Arshavin at Arsenal in CM09. I saved it.

Now I went into the game. In the main page, when i go into Team Management -->Edit my Squads -->Arsenal , I cannot find him. All the other changes that I made (increasing player attrinutes) is affecting except the transfers (in and out) which I tried to do in CM 09.

Hope this will help in giving me a solution.

The backup of the Data folder with the 3 patches and some transfers and new players work well. The problem shows up if I want to add some players and transfers. But I erase the one it data folder and I install the backup and it continues working well another time. Sends you the link with Fifa.db so that you look at it. Sorrry English but it is a translation made in the Web.

The Edit my Squads referes to the file D.MySquad, it is not modified by CM09 so, if you created before the database changes, it remains linked with the old database. You may also have problems with missed player's names and so on. You need to remove D.MySquad to see the changes done in the database. Generally speaking you cannot "merge" editing with CM and with the internal editor. Have also in mind that editing the database you are going to loose carees and tournaments created with an old database. If you want to continue to use them make a backup of the database active at their creation time and restore it if you want to play the career or the tournament again.
