Are you running FIFA 09 in the meantime. If so CM09 cannot save the files because they are used by FIFA 09. Otherwise check if the files and the folder are write protected.

Expand the databease and you will solve your problem. I guess you added stadiums to the stadium table but you cannot assign the stadium to any team because the field in the team table is limited if you do not expand the database. The automatic database expansion is not a good idea and, generally speaking, I cannot guarantee that CM09 works fine with every database modified by hand.

Nope I could still assign teams to their stadiums using my database modified with UniDB. I guess that what i meant to say is that the expanding of the DB should be in CM by default, which is what you've done already; rather than expanding the db without the user's prior knowledge nor consent. :D

CM09 should use the DirectX installed in the CM09 folder, please check if they have been installed properly.

If you import a .bmp file (not a .png) the upper-left pixel color is considered as the transparent one and is replaced everywhere. Have you tried it ?

I will test the beta soon and give you feedback.
Just one question: Is it this year possible to import kits with CM09 also to Kits witch have no sponsor? You know in some languages, because of law there are some sponsors missing (Bwin,888 ect...), Real Madrid/Milan ect have wrong kits....
Last year It didn`t worked.... Pls try to fox it this year, I think MD als tried to fix it with his Kittool but don`t works correctly. Pls master try to include this function (so that kits are imported correctly, for german/french/spanish users)

The problem which I have and my friends with the expand database function is the same problem which I have described in the DBMaster 09 Thread from you.
After the database has expand, save, close and reopen, the game crash in every mode directly. And there is no difference which version of fifa.db (original fifa.db or edit fifa.db with the Santiago Bernabeau Stadium) from FIFA09 is use.

Sorry but the Beta version works exactly like CM08. Which file should I manage, for example Milan has files t75__2X, t75__4X and t75__6X which of them are used ?

when i try to import stadiums that i used for fifa 08 i see the loading pictures but the grounds do not match. Is the patch import facility availiable in beta mode or do we need to wait till the full version is out

1) Have you a file D.MySquad saved before to make the database expansion ? This could be the reason.

Stadium importing is implemented but FIFA 09 grass management is diffferent from FIFA 08. Describe exactly what is happening and maybe I can figure out how to improve the compatibility with FIFA 08.

the stadium imports correctly but the when im playing the game it is a german stadium instead of the one im trying to import (goodison park). il try and extract the files manually using cm 08 and import them that way

Some rows are german, but the importants rows are english I think, when some german rows are maybe important, then say the rows and I translate it for you;)

It seems that the version searched 1.0.2911.0 and the version installed 1.0.2902.0 are different (I have to figure out why this happened). Anyway, if you have the expected DirectX installed elsewhere in you computer CM09 works, otherwise the DirectX installed with the package seems to be the wrong one. Tomorrow I will provide a new package to verify if this idea is correct.
