[CM0304] Problem with Windows Update and CM

I have just formatted my hard disk and installed Windows XP Home Edition on my computer. The first thing I did (after installing the necessary drivers etc.) was to install CM0304. I started a game and it worked fine.

Afterwards, I installed some of the Windows Update-patches (both Critical Updates and Windows XP), and now I can't play CM anymore. An error comes up asking me to send or don't send a filereport.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?
