CM 15 Beta Test (Bug Reports Only)

I can verify that editing works perfectly and the results can be seen in-game if you know what you're doing and if you set things up correctly. If you don't know what you're doing, yes, there is a good chance your edits will not appear in-game. If you're new to editing, ask questions in the CM 15 thread. This is a bug report thread, not a help thread.

Already solved the problem, I need your help ...

I wish - we had a simple CM15 that could export /edit/import kits and work already... instead of testing new miracles with faces, haircuts... that would be finished in a few months, 1-2 months before the end of European championships... Too much - too late...
Just let us edit the kits... and let the people who dream miracles to have they "super CM15" in a few months... It should not be a technical miracle to have a CM15 basic and CM15 premium few months later...

hey pal, you got it already, the CM Beta 2 does that kit stuff, actually the first Beta did it as well.

I've already exported many teams/kits through CM 15 that work great in-game, Rinaldo does an extraordinary mod and he lets us use the fruits of his work and talent for free, so i'd say you -and all of us- should be thankfull instead of demanding stuff, even more when that stuff allready works.

When I try to import some players from Fifa 14 to Fifa 15 via cmp I get this error. This is not happening for all players.

I can see why a mod deleted your first question if this in fact is what you asked. Nothing in any of that relates to bug reporting. Editing names using CM 15 works perfectly. Edited face values using CM 15 works perfectly. I know because that's all I've been doing and I've had no problems.

What you're asking are help questions relating to updating your db. This is not a help thread, post your questions in the CM 15 and Tools thread.

Well it's obviously clear that CM15 DELETES some names in the updated squads without even editing names or whatsoever in CM15, I just imported other kits over existing kits, which means that it's a Bug of CM? This isn't rocket science. It's clearly a bug.

You don't need to regenerate, just save when you exit CM 15. I tried and it works. I cannot figure out what is happining to you.

As I have introduced a "major" bug in Beta 2 about the creation of new teams, I'm planning to release Beta 3 very quickly. This is a list of what done up to now:

I can not import textures manager. (Cifa)

For example, in my Man Utd team, Vermijl didn't have a name, it was just blank. Paddy McNair, was just called Paddy and Tom Thorpe is just called Tom in the updated squads... When I reset the squads, its back to normal... They have the correct names.

+ I imported an RX3 face for Rojo, this works in the resetted squads, but when I hit "squad update" the face disappears and its back the generic face :/

The problem cannot be solved because when you download an online update, it contains some tables (not all the database) that replace the tables in the default DB (so for example you miss the info that Rojo has a specific face) and this also causes some incompatibilities with the edited database so it may happen that some names are missed. Actually they are not deleted but they are in a different position and the online DB cannot find them.

The solution is to use CM15 and update the default database with an online one using the function "Update Rosters" and then play using the default database modified in this way.
