how can i start to play with national team ( russia ) and club ( chelsea ) ?

You can't start with a club ánd a national team. What you could do is create two managers, one for Chelsea, and one for Russia.

id have hardly called this "Very important"

what you could do, is start with England, then add manager of Chelsea, then resign as that manager. Leaving you with the England job and the Chelsea job open for applying, being the england manager your reputation should be quite high, though im not sure.

I can never understand why people want to do this, i feel its so much more satisfying if you start off with a club then after a few seasons manage a country.. it all seems so boring if you do it that way, dont see the appeal.

Yeah I agree. You are cutting out a big part of the game by doing that. I personally prefer to start with a small club side and try to turn them into world beaters, which is why I'm managing Plymouth instead of my beloved Liverpool, although by the time that CM 05/06 is released they'll probably be in the same division anyway if Houllier is still in charge.

I never get offered the national side job.

In my Leicester game. I went for 8 years and never got offered the job once (I think it was only going the one time) even though I had the top reputation

yeah but it can be like that, on one game i was given the Spanish job in the first season, in the other game (with the same club (valencia)) the job has been up twice in 5yrs, i havent got it both times despite more success.

Could you manage a U21 team only? Like National U21, or Man.U's U21?
