Clubs That Have Never Faced Relegation?

Only 3 clubs in Scotland have never been relegated!

Celtic , Rangers and Aberdeen. However Aberdeen finished bottom in the mid 1990's but were saved by the league going from 10 to 12 clubs. In 1949 Celtic had to win their final match to guarantee staying up which they did! Rangers have never finished lower than 8th so have never been in any danger of relegation.

nah pool were relegated i think in '54, we won division 2 in '61-62, then we started the shankly era...

also before in div 2 we won it...1893-94 1895-96 1904-05

but just remember...

League Champions:
Liverpool - 18
Man Utd - 15
Arsenal - 12
Everton - 9
Villa - 7

Correct me if im wrong but my dad told me that MU won the league in 73 and then in 74 were relegated,lol

Everton won Division 2 in 1931 having been relegated in 1930!

The Toffees then won the 1st division in 1932 in their first season back.

Arsenal have only been relegated once ; in 1913!

no they have not been relegated.... they were saved from the extra teams in the league or something.... they are the only team in england that have been in the top league since they were founded.

Arsenal FC(Founded In 1886 - aka Dial Square, Royal Arsenal, Woolwich Arsenal) turned proffesional in 1891 and joined the Football League In 1893.

Relegated in 1913.

Then following The First World War, Division 1 was Extended to 22 teams, and Arsenal were voted into Division 1.

Arsenal have been there ever since(doh!;)).
