Club-edit doesn't seem to save stadium

I made Spurs with Hamburg, and set Spurs's stadium to Old Trafford, saved it, but whenever I play in a cup where I've selected home and away matches my home matches are being played at the Olympiastadium, Hamburg's original stadium. How do I actually save Old Trafford as Spurs's stadium? I mean, this feature is totally useless if it doesn't work ...
